What we are looking for:

Wise Systems is looking for an experienced sales-focused professional to join our team as a Director of Account Management. You will own relationships with a number of enterprise customers and partner with them to sustain and grow their accounts. As an early hire, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of our account management processes and team. We are looking for a highly motivated professional who is looking to grow with our team and embrace the opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Build credibility through an in-depth understanding of our customers business, organization, external environment, and industry.

  • Understand Wise Systems’ platform, value proposition and competitive landscape

  • Work as a trusted advisor to solve problems and challenges

  • Meet overall renewal and expansion goals.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics, renewals and expansion revenue

  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing customers

  • Hit quarterly quotas of renewals and account expansion

  • Develop account penetration strategies with the assistance of management

  • Form relationships with senior decision makers to uncover opportunities for account growth

  • Work with the Wise product team to align customer requirements with our product roadmap

  • Record, manage, and maintain sales activities utilizing CRM and analytics tools

Qualifications:

  • 5+ ye5+ years of B2B SaaS sales and/or account management experience

  • Executive presence

  • Proven track record of working a sales process to consistently meet quota requirements

  • Ability to gain deep understanding of technical requirements

  • Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills

  • Enthusiastic, coachable and energetic attitude

  • Quick learner, self starter, and problem solver

  • Goal-oriented

  • Prior experience in logistics and supply chain a plus
