What we are looking for:

Wise Systems is looking for an operations manager to help keep our fast-growing company running smoothly. The successful candidate learns quickly, has a lot of energy, and is highly organized. This multifaceted role will involve coordinating people and processes across the company, working closely with the Head of Operations and the CEO. A position of trust and responsibility, this role provides the opportunity to grow and increase your responsibilities over time.


  • Bookkeeping and coordination with external accounting teams

  • Invoicing and accounts receivable

  • Record keeping and document management

  • Tracking departmental budgets

  • Processing and tracking employee vacation requests

  • Tracking and reporting sales commissions

  • Tracking and managing expense reimbursements

  • Purchasing office supplies

  • Maintaining conference room schedules

  • Coordinating weekly team lunches

  • Coordinating hiring processes and interview schedules

  • Scheduling certain executive team meetings  

  • Planning travel for executive team

  • Identifying tools and services for streamlining business processes, and effectively rolling out to appropriate teams


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • Strong, professional communication skills

  • Excellent speaking and writing skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Enthusiastic and energetic attitude

  • Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing circumstances

  • Initiative, creativity, and the ability and desire to handle increasing responsibility over time

  • Willingness to handle both large and small jobs

  • Quick learner, self starter, and problem solver

  • Goal oriented

  • Interested in business and management

  • Prior experience is a plus but not necessary
