Until 2013, the beverage leader manually tracked and managed their Tier 2 deliveries. Communications and information sharing were restricted to phone calls between dispatchers, drivers, merchandisers, and managers, slowing down last-mile delivery operations. Anheuser-Busch needed a delivery automation platform powerful enough to efficiently manage route execution for improved fleet optimization.

The app then automatically shows dispatchers, merchandisers and managers delivery status, location, and other pertinent information in real time, giving dispatchers full visibility into the execution of multiple routes in one web-based view.

With Dispatcher from Wise Systems, dispatchers monitor stops and respond in real time and have the ability to adjust routes, if necessary, to handle any last-minute issues and meet customer expectations. 

And, merchandisers who need to arrive at customer sites use Mobile Manager from Wise Systems to seamlessly track driver locations and ETAs and coordinate arrivals.
