The last-mile delivery part of the supply chain – from a warehouse or distribution center to a customer’s doorstep – is critical to a customer’s satisfaction with their overall purchase experience. Research firm Technavio predicts that the last-mile delivery market will grow to $59.81 billion by the end of 2025 at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of nearly 16 percent.
